My story

Since my childhood, I have been doing sports, especially athletics, climbing and bouldering. My parents encouraged sports activities by forcing me into hiking in the mountains, athletics and a generally active lifestyle. Rock climbing has fascinated me since my early childhood. I would often go with my father the the Prachov Rocks and Toulovcovy Maštale (Toulovec's Stables). I have been climbing for over 10 years.

After graduating high school, I went to study in Prague. After having successfully completed my bachelor study programme at the ČVTU (Czech Technical University) in Prague, I understood that my life spent in classrooms and in an overcrowded and busy town did not make me happy. The next day, after passing my examination, I stepped into the unknown, with my purchased airline ticket, and thus my story began.

I have travelled over Asia, Indonesia, India and to the majority of European countries. It was on such a tour that I discovered my true, long-hidden passion. They are places where not everybody dares - the mountains and also the depths of the sea. On my travels, I completed a diving course which entitles me to dive to a depth of 31 meters. On islands such as Java, Lombok, Bali or Sri Lanka there are many mountains and volcanoes that I have decided to explore. Thanks to the tens of mountains, I've improved my climbing experience over 3000 meters. When I visited Vietnam, I got to know my current friend, Samuel, who is a former member of the Royal Marine Commando, one of the elite commandos in the world with the toughest preparation. We share a common love for mountains, and so have decided to visit Everest Base Camp. We did not want to underestimate the preparation, so Samuel has been preparing me with very demanding training, including running tens of kilometers with loads, climbing rocks and dealing with extreme environmental changes. Thanks to all that, the ascent to 5,000 meters above sea level was actually not that difficult for me in the following months.

At that time, I was working for a company in England that has sympathy for my hobby, and in this, I was born under a lucky star, as it is a time-consuming sport. In England, where I live with my friend, there is an easier preparation for us as there are more mountains and challenging conditions. We climb in Scotland and Wales in our free time. We simply do what we like!

My dream and goal is to conquer the peaks of the seven continents, including Mount Everest, the highest mountain, which only 4 Czechs have climbed, among them only one woman - Renata Chlumská - born in Sweden. In this case I would be the first Czech to beat the crown of the planet.
