It was a tough and beautiful race on the Austro-Swiss border.

After a year break, we took part in our favourite race – the Welzl quadrathlon which takes place in Zábřeh upon Morava, the Czech Republic. This race is specific because of its disciplines. Compared to other traditional triathlon races, there is one additional discipline –roller skating, and the order of the disciplines is different.

After the annual break, the classic adventure race, Jesenický tvrďák, was held again. It was organized as a Czech Championship in extreme rating for individuals this year and the whole Czech team was present.

I had been looking forward to this weekend the whole year. :) GORALMAN 2018 was the first race of this year's triathlon season. It is a part of the Oravaman Extreme Tour and the Half Ironman and takes place in the beautiful Orava setting with hilly mountains and the race passed over the Babia Mountain.
